Una gita in montagna mi ha fatto tornare a casa con un rametto di faggio
spezzato dal maltempo che ho trasformato in questo oggetto dalla forma bizzarra. Se illuminato da una precisa angolazione ricrea una sagoma assai particolare e conosciuta.
L’opera è disponibile su ordinazione, replicata a partire dall’originale.
Trattandosi di lavorazioni interamente artigianali, i singoli pezzi potranno presentare piccole varianti.
Il prodotto finito é trattato con oli e cere naturali per evidenziare le venature e preservarne al meglio le cromie.
A work that hides a secret
A trip to the mountains made me come home with a beech twig, broken by bad weather, that I transformed into this bizarre shaped object. If illuminated from a specific angle it recreates a very particular and well-known shape.
The artwork is available on order, replicable starting from the original model.
Since the processing is totally manufactured, each item could have its own peculiarities and little variants.
The final product is treated with natural oils and wax, to highlight the grain and preserve the beautiful shades.
