Per realizzare il taglio che connota queste opere è essenziale la conoscenza delle tecniche di stagionatura, in modo tale da lasciare libero spazio alla natura, che modella il legno e completa spontaneamente il lavoro di tornitura.

L’opera è disponibile su ordinazione, replicata a partire dall’originale. Trattandosi di lavorazioni interamente artigianali, i singoli pezzi potranno presentare piccole varianti.

Il prodotto finito é trattato con oli e cere naturali per evidenziare le venature e preservarne al meglio le cromie.

Two vases inspired by the mysterious creatures of the forest, mushrooms

To create the cut that characterizes these works, knowledge of seasoning techniques is essential. You need to be able to leave free space for nature, which shapes the wood and spontaneously completes the turning work.

The artwork is available on order, replicable starting from the original model. Since the processing is totally manufactured, each item could have its own peculiarities and little variants.

The final product is treated with natural oils and wax, to highlight the grain and preserve the beautiful shades.

I pezzi raccolti per la realizzazione delle opere sono parti di alberi colpiti dalle forze della natura, vecchie ceppaie, tronchi abbandonati. La volontà è quella di dare una seconda vita al legno, trasformandolo in oggetti che esaltano la sua natura. Pezzi “salvati” che rinascono con nuova forma, dei quali studio i dettagli, le particolarità, la qualità estetica.

All the wood parts that I use for my artworks belonged to trees, that were abandoned or hit by the force of nature. My will is to give a second life to this wood, to transform it into objects that enhance its special nature. Rescued pieces that have the chance to be born again in a new shape, of which I study details, peculiarities and aesthetics.
